Swimming 50:00 [3]

60 lengths. Did 10lengths steady to start with then 5 fast 5 recovery till i got to 60. Felt good.

Running tempo 25:00 [5]

Short run with mum before going out for a meal. Fast tempo run up on teggs nose, one loop on the hill. Hard. Then warmed down and stretched. about 15mins fast.

Faster today, still dont know exact time though. Bit more confident on the bike. Got soaked again on the way home!

Gym 40:00 [3]

Just cycled there so didnt do any cv stuff. Just lots of strength/core and stretching.

Cycling to and from work. Walked bits on the footpaths and round puddles on the way. And way back chucked it down :/

Running long 1:15:00 [3] 12.3 km (6:06 / km)

MDOC run- Sues.
Went with Tony, feeling pretty tired cause id been at work all morning then walked an hour to Belong for a meeting and then back into town.
Anyway kept a steady pace, legs were killing by the end! Achilles didnt hurt though :)

Core/strength stuff.
7mins on bike
Stretches.

Gym inbetween shifts at work.
Did 17mins on the x trainer first cause havent done much cv stuff recently.
Then did all the core/strength stuff.
Then 7mins on the bike at the end.
