I was sore from yesterday so I took it easy!

Note (rest day)
So I did yoga this morning, but it was fairly easy. I just really emphasized on stretching. My right upper thigh (near the knee) whatever hat muscle is called, was aching so i decided not to run today. Besides there is nothing wrong in taking a rest day right?
Tomorrow I plan to swim, and this upcoming weekend (May 1st get some biking in)!
My tummy was upset, and I haven't yet fully caught up on lost sleep during this week, ugh so I was not very energetic and i would say i performed poorly.
