First run in ages! Felt really good to get back out there. Decided just to keep it short and easy for the first run back after around a 10 day lay off. Just good to get back out and get the heart rate up a bit though. Being stuck in a hospital around the clock makes you feel incredibly unhealthy. And eating the food from the canteen there doesn't help much either.
Physically today wasn't great - my legs felt understandably heavy at the start and my hips were a bit tight throughout but I guess that's all to be expected really.
