Rehearsal run for next week. Got up very early and did this...then went back to bed as it's my birthday! Good to get the run with all of the gear done though. Need to sort out my drop bags today or tomorrow then I'm pretty much all ready.
Marathon pace (7:30) run after a short warm up & finishing with a short cool down. Definitely feeling better after my cold now and my legs are feeling good!

Treadmill hill progression - kept the pace at 8:30/mile and increased grade 1% every quarter mile. I got up to 10% first round and 9% second. Not as good as before, but I'm not fully over my cold so I'm not too disappointed by that.
