So I was supposed to go for 90 minutes but it was snowing/raining and the snow on my head was melting creating a very cold shower. 0/10, would not recommend.
Il do an additional 40 minutes this upcoming week to make up for it
Achilles was bothering me earlier in the day when I was just walking to school and after my run it was super uncomfortable. Im going to book an appointment to see a physio
