Hanging controls for the BCOC sprint at Cheakamus Crossing with AK. No rain unlike my morning O-race on the Brandywine map. Very lucky with the weather for the sprint.

shoes: Icebug Spirit3 OLX 40.5

BCOCs, Brandywine Middle. Started watch at 1st control. Difficult reading the considerable map detail on the 1:10000 map in the rain. The 1:7500 for the older classes was much more readable! Satisfied with 2 bobbles - best race ever on this map.

Finally saw the Train Wreck by riding the Sea to Sky bike/hiking trail from Cheak Crossing. Fun trail for someone who does virtually no technical riding. Missed the turnoff on the way out but found it on the return trip. Time includes a short stretch on a hiking trail not suitable for bikes. Cool destination.

1st Pilates after the summer break. Good to see everyone. Sandra was somewhat easy on us but it was a good workout.

Bike home from UBC. Feels like autumn.
