Day 5. Moving better, doing home traction on the neck. Less arm pain today. Moving up from chest. Can bounce a bit more today. Walked stifly at Thetis Lake.. 2 km to the car and and maybe 500m at the lakes. Hey its a start.

An hour and 20 run on the road and beach.. with a few short but memorable hills. King George F- Bomb Terrace, to the beach off Hollywood, and up at Gonzales, then to Memorial,Robleda, Royal to Craigdaroch then home. :) Love this city..
