Even less time than I thought. Today was a bit of a struggle in the heat. Found the Windsor Criterium B race and ran counter pack to get a good vantage point. This was my biggest training week and going into the run my legs were tired and my lungs have been working OT with all the pollens. Needless to say, it was not the run that was planned, an hour and 30. Some runs are like that.
