Tuesday night track workout with the Schenectady ARE Group. 2 mile warm up (super easy). 6X400 with 200 easy recovery, at 1:36 pace for all but last one (1:29), felt nice and relaxed. 3 mile cool down (super easy). Great workout.
Long and "easy" trail run at the schenectady mountain bike trails. Tried to get in some LSD but it was super hot and I ended up being L2 most of the time. Solid sunburn from yesterday. Left IT band being stupid.
