Run - Hard Surface 1:05:00 [3] 7.5 mi (8:40 / mi)

Tuesday night track workout with the Schenectady ARE Group. 2 mile warm up (super easy). 6X400 with 200 easy recovery, at 1:36 pace for all but last one (1:29), felt nice and relaxed. 3 mile cool down (super easy). Great workout.

Run - Hard Surface 32:00 [1] 4.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Easy 4 mile out and back run. Did push-ups and sit-ups before. feeling sore. IT band getting better with roller and ice.

trail run long 1:30:00 [2] 10.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Long and "easy" trail run at the schenectady mountain bike trails. Tried to get in some LSD but it was super hot and I ended up being L2 most of the time. Solid sunburn from yesterday. Left IT band being stupid.
