nobody there but park was open. got to practice EARLY even for coaches watch :] running felt better than yesterday, guess ive gotten back into it [hopefully] feel too slow still though. i want to work on getting that down and under control before i start working on pushing my miles. if real conditioning starts in about 5 weeks then i plan to add at least a mile a week.
