Back to getting to the Y in the mornings. I had a major project due (portfolios) and the last 2 weeks, any time that I wasn't at work was dedicated to working on the portfolios. Since I would work late into the night, it was difficult to get up at 5 to to do the work out. Sleep won out over working out.
I am happy to get back into it. I am also going to bike today up to the Y. Core Power Yoga has been on the back burner too. I will plan to go to the TH class. Tonight, there is family stuff going on.
