Biked to school today. I didn't realize that going DOWN the stairs with the bike would be such a work out...darn that gravity!! Hopefully I won't be so stiff that I can't get back home again tonite...we will see.

Well the ride home from work was a lot harder than to work. I didn't think that I'd make it up the stairs with my bike and that hill at the golf course is insane!!! I made it anyhow and it didn't take very much longer than the to-work trip. My legs feel a little stiff now but I feel great otherwise !

I did my pilates DVD and was all warmed up so I decided to go out for a few laps around the soccer field. Planned on doing 3 or 4 .. ended up doing 7. I felt great however I know better than to push too hard too soon!
