bicept curls
tricepts (20 pound weight liften from the back of my neck ... UP)

abs (on the ball)

Did 50 laps of mostly freestyle, every 20 I would do 2 breast stroke. At the end I did sprints (freestyle) and relaxed with backstroke and breast stroke.
