Gym Work (full body, barefoot legs) 1:20:00 [3]
First session of my new training regime. A bit of light weight upper body work followed by the leg machines then shoes off for some barefoot lunges, squats and calf raises, and then some core work to finish with. Knee hurts after yesterday's bad run but not got to worry about that or about being fit for any races any time soon. I'm in this for the long haul, and most important is to enjoy my running.
