I didn't want to run this but I did want to walk and I really needed to get outside. I walked the first 3K and then I slowly jogged the return 3K, it felt so good to run... er, jog. It was all downhill on the way back and I just went super slow, or what felt like super slow. Here are my splits, very surprising:
Mile 1 - 15:27
Mile 2 - 16:46
Mile 3 - 10:51
Mile 3.6 - 9:34
Maybe it's because it was all downhill on the way back, it did NOT feel like 10s or 9s.
