- made it to 9% then did 1 min at 10% and that was all I could do

Note

I started getting sick on Tuesday. I figured it wouldn't be too bad so I ran on Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday was the last day I ran. Unfortunately it got worse along with aches, pains and mental fatigue.

I also think I'm burned out from being here. I've been pretty sick as far as the cold goes - sore throat, sinus infection, congestion but what's worse is I haven't had the motivation to get up and run.

The weather is absolutely beautiful here, everyday! But the terrible thing is I can't go out and run I'm the mountains or any trails. I have to either be on a treadmill or in the city due to the location, the fact that it's dangerous - not cartel dangerous, just dangerous.

I've also been taking some horrible meds to be able to sleep and I'm not sleeping well! Arghh! I'm complaining too much, anyway I just need to get over this cold and start running again because it will definitely improve my mood. I'm going to try to go for a run tonight. :)

Needed to get outside! Went slow because of hip pain, super slow, felt sluggish because of sore throat and fatigue I'm also feeling. However, sunny days have a way of making everything feel better. :)
