I ran through Hyde Park today, around Green Park, through Wellington Arch and over to Trafalgar Square. What a beautiful run! It feels great to actually go out and enjoy the running.

Okay, I'm so tired of not feeling like running! I decided to get on the treadmill since it's been a while, maybe it's the heat.

Lo and behold, I felt good, not great but pretty darn good.

Yay! So I just decided to go as long as I could to make it a somewhat longer run but not too long that I don't feel like running for the next couple of days. I didn't do any intervals or anything, I think I was just so excited that I felt like running, that I didn't want to ruin it with thoughts of having to do something difficult.

PT test - 1.5 miles as hard as possible. I forgot to start my watch and I feel like I could have gone faster had I been able to look at my watch. I didn't get a chance to see the time until I finished. I wanted to finish in 9:30 and I think that if I had been able to look at the time, I could have sped up... who knows!

I went to recon the PT test site, so I ran there, tried to run the course then ran back to my office. A couple of really good hills, but no more than 3 or 4. Good run, beautiful day!
