Went out at a good pace. Not too slow, but not too fast. Although maybe I should have slowed down a bit if I was to do 3 hrs. We slowed and it felt fine.

It was so great being outside on a trail, wow!!

At about 1 1/2 hrs., my hip flexor started bothering me, I was going to keep going but decided even though I should have done the 3 hrs., it was probably more important to stop - I was surprised at what a good decision that was. It didn't hurt much after that.

Tough crossfit workout!

8 reps of 20 secs of work / 10 secs of rest for each exercise X 8 different exercises.

elbows to knees
pull-ups (angled with rings)
cleans with 18 lb medicine ball
squats with 12 kg kettlebell
static plank on rings at an angle
wall ball at horizontal angle with squat
sit-ups
kettlebell swings

Ouch!!
