Did NOT want to do this run! I really struggled, I wanted to stop and do a quarter, then half, then I finally decided I would finish it.

8 min slow at 6.2 mph (9:40 m/mile)
4 X :15 sec strides
20-50 min 1 min @ 6.3 mph (9:31 m/mile) at 9% and 1 min @ 6.3 mph (9:31 m/mile) at flat
10 min easy bw 6.3 mph - 7.0 mph

Sooooo glad I stuck with it. I don't know why that was so hard!!!
