I knew that in order to break this horrible bad habit of running every other day, I HAD to run today. So, I just set it in my head that I had to run tonight and I kept saying it to myself all day. When this evening rolled around I was ready.
It was a little motivationally difficult, 2 hrs is a long time... late at night... on a treadmill... by yourself.
Oh, well, I did it and I still have to get up at 4:15 am tomorrow!! Ugh!
I really like this drastic change in the schedule - this week has really motivated me! Thanks, I needed it!
