Okay, I was actually looking forward to this weekend's two runs. Darn!

I am sooooo sore!!

Today I knew I needed to do something so I figured a 2 1/2 hr run would be good and then again tomorrow. By the time I got to the gym I decided a good brisk walk would be enough. Then I made up my mind that a minimum of 20 min running would be necessary. I ended up doing the following:

10 min walk @ 3.6 mph (.57 miles)
68 min run @ 6.2 mph (8.07 miles)
2 min walk @ 3.4 mph (.11 miles)

Back to the grindstone this week.

I think the past 3 weeks finally caught up to me. I got up this morning thinking I would get a crossfit workout in then do the run this afternoon. It doesn't help that it's dark, cloudy and super cold out. However, I'm also just beat. I have no physical energy and no mental motivation. Maybe a 4 hr run tomorrow. I don't know... should I just do 2 or 3 hrs? I actually want to take a nap right now. :)

I am exhausted! I don't know where to run hills except to go to Bear Mountain, but I feel beat. Also, I don't know that I want to run on a single trail up in the mountains by myself.

My hips are starting to hurt so I have been meaning to start crossfit again, the pain goes away as my legs and glutes get stronger.

Something is better than nothing.

15 turkish sit-ups (25 lb weight)
3 lengths of waiter walk (35 lb)
3 lengths of server walk (35 lb - 25 lb) w/9 burpees
30 grasshoppers
10 SKBSS squats

Good workout, nice tough squats.

Up at 5am, exhausted again! Wanted to run this morning, even 30 minutes, but every minute of sleep was so valuable.

On my feet all day! The last thing I wanted to do was workout tonight. Got home at 10pm, was not going to go back to the gym for a run.

Got to bed at 1am, up at 8am - exhausted, wanted to run tonight but didn't get done with work until 10:30 PM. Tomorrow...?

What a long day, I had to get my run in so 11pm - midnight is when it happened. Hills, I felt stronger and was able to go faster yet it felt just as easy as last week.
