I think the past 3 weeks finally caught up to me. I got up this morning thinking I would get a crossfit workout in then do the run this afternoon. It doesn't help that it's dark, cloudy and super cold out. However, I'm also just beat. I have no physical energy and no mental motivation. Maybe a 4 hr run tomorrow. I don't know... should I just do 2 or 3 hrs? I actually want to take a nap right now. :)
I am exhausted! I don't know where to run hills except to go to Bear Mountain, but I feel beat. Also, I don't know that I want to run on a single trail up in the mountains by myself.
My hips are starting to hurt so I have been meaning to start crossfit again, the pain goes away as my legs and glutes get stronger.
Something is better than nothing.
15 turkish sit-ups (25 lb weight)
3 lengths of waiter walk (35 lb)
3 lengths of server walk (35 lb - 25 lb) w/9 burpees
30 grasshoppers
10 SKBSS squats
Good workout, nice tough squats.
