Flew out yesterday afternoon at 4:30 PM, arrived in Frankfurt at about 1 AM, flew out to Tunisia at 3 AM and arrived at 6 AM, or noon, local time. I decided to go straight to the gym and forego the sleep for now, I ran the following:

15 min warm up @ 10 kph (6.21 mph)
4 strides @ 18 kph (11.18 mph) within the warm up
30 min @ 13 kph (8.07 mph) (tempo)
15 min cool down BW 10.6 - 12 kph (6.58 - 7.45 mph)

Really tough run, but I guess it doesn't help that I'm going on no sleep. I just want to be able to sleep tonight.

Imagine if I could do something without pushing hard!!

Great hike up Bear Mountain, straight up hill for about .8 of a mile, lots of scrambling over rocks, pretty good workout. On the downhill portion, I ran, lots of stairs on the way down, worked on lifting my feet, heavy hiking boots, so hard on the legs.

Overall great day! Beautiful views of the city, yes, NYC!
