Good run this morning, I wanted to get out a little earlier but oh, well! I tried to do very short and slow intervals, I ran a little harder from light pole to light pole with slower but steady in between. I was able to sustain a little faster but geez! I need to do real intervals, I feel that I'm losing strength and cardio quickly! :(
