I had to get out and do something. The gym closed on me, I left my camel bak in Seattle and I'm full of excuses! :-(. I ran an easy run.

PT test today! I was not looking forward to this! I didn't do as well as I would have liked, however considering how lousy my running has been recently, I didn't do as terrible as I probably should have. I also have this cough that didn't help! :-(

Great run! I did Run 2 from a couple weeks ago.

5 min warm up
30 min at 9:13 @ 3% (survivable)
25 min at 8:06 @ flat

Not enough time to do 30 min at the end, but I definitely could have done that, awesome run!
