Slow easy run. Cardio feels okay, just fatigued. My congestion was the thing affecting me the most. It felt good to just get a decent run in.
I've been working too much, I had a bit of a fever Friday and Saturday I was just worn out. Hopefully by Wed, I'll be feeling better. I'd like to do a long run on Saturday. There's a planned 32 miler that will be easy to jump into.

Good run, no time, long days! Working in the city, so I have to run when I can. Tomorrow has the potential for a super long day, possibly 15 hrs, hopefully not more than 12 hrs! :)
