Slow easy run, ugh. Tough run today, It feels like yesterday's run is still fatiguing me. I wanted to do an interval but today was not the day for that. Usually the run gets a little easier and I get more energy but today I was just tired, period. Glad I did it though, there was a lot of mental conversation of yes, no, yes, no.

What an incredible run today! I figured I would do about 10 - 14 miles but I didn't expect to go as long as I did. However, how can you not? This city is so amazing! and beautiful! and it was a beautiful sunny day. The temp started at about 36 or so, but then it warmed up in the sun. I'm so glad I was able to do a long run FINALLY!! Yay, I feel really good.

I went easy and did a lot of stopping for pictures, it was just very relaxing and totally enjoyable. :)

I was also forced to walk through Arlington National Cemetery and of course I was happy to do that, out of respect for the rules, vets, not to mention that it was Veteran's Day today. I saw a lot of neat gatherings and celebrations too. It was very inspiring!!
