I did 90 min, then 50 min then 60 min... ugh

I was supposed to do 4 hrs but ugh... need I say more...?

I went back to the gym at my office and forgot that it's set on an incline so it's so hard to get started in the morning. Well, I guess that's a good place to do my 60 min easy run.

For whatever reason I decided to do a cross-fit workout this morning before the PT test.

4 rounds of:

10 X toes to bar
10 X burpees
10 X knees to elbows
10 X squats
10 X ball slams
200 m run while carrying 14 lb medicine ball
9 AM

Run (Outside) 10:29 [5] 1.5 mi (6:59 / mi)

PT Test 1.5 mile run

I pushed hard and was only able to finish in 10:29 min, and it hurt. I have a lot of work to do.

36 push-ups
58 sit-ups

Ugh... lots of work to do... luckily this wasn't a real PT test, just a measure of where I'm at.
