Just finished a super tough crossfit workout but decided I needed a good run. Decided to do loops around West side, East side, and RS. It looks like it might be a 3 mile run around all three although I think the GPS screws up a little bit.
That's okay, I'll just subtract the distance each time. Depending on how the run feels, it's actually probably more accurate this way. Anyway, I need to make this Friday run a habit because I need to start doing long runs again. My head really needs it!
