Waiting for my foot to heal so I'm taking today off from running again. Workout was easier than it looks, a lot easier.

Walked around compound from office to office and other places wearing plates and carrying heavy bag. Plates and rhodie weigh 35 lbs and bag weighs 6 - 8 lbs.

I was so tired afterwards, not feeling 100% - I might be getting sick... not sure... :( I need rest, no doubt!

Our game went very well yesterday! And it was a lot of fun. However, I think I may have done something to my left foot. I have that same weird pain that I had back in DC when the Danner Boot was bothering me. some kind of odd inflammation on the outside of the foot and it really hurts when I'm moving laterally.

I think I will take the week of from soccer, although it does provide some great sprint work!

Tonight I didn't play too hard but I still got some good running in, there were only about 6-7 of us and it was fun!

I ran my butt off with this game! I can't believe we were able to play the National Women's Team!!! That was a lot of fun but I am truly exhausted! It's 5:35pm, I have a ton of work to do and I'm falling asleep tired.

I did a TON of running, but not much ball dribbling, oh well! I guess I need to practice. :)

Needed to get out and just run. Running 3 days a week is not helping, although the soccer has been fun but it wears me out!

I start teaching crossfit again on Thursday but maybe it'll be easier to be motivated, who knows!
