I decided to meet up with a group of local runners that meet up every so often on Sundays, they are called, "Nedelny Runners" - "Sunday Runners".

Anyway, ,they were doing a 1/2 trail marathon, unofficial and a very small group. So since I still don't have a car, I ran to meet up with them (3 miles) and then off they took. What is it with these folks that run all hills, no one walks hills around here????? And of course it's at the beginning so they push the pace, what is the deal? Is this how they race?

Well, after yesterdays 12 miles, my legs were fried - my legs have never been this tired. I just couldn't keep going, they literally hurt and felt more fried than I've ever felt!

It was a rainy depressing day, so I called it quits and ran home, I ended up doing about 7 miles with them, 3 for inbound commute and 3 for the outbound commute. I barely made it home! I kept having to walk, it felt like mile 85 at the Keys.
