Note

My life for the past few weeks (months?) has been completely dominated by prepping for timing and data services for the Craftsbury Supertour and Marathon. Part of the complexity of the event was USSA producing a live streamed video product of the Supertour races. Don't underestimate how much complexity it adds for all the technical staff when broadcast video is integrated into an event.

All the videos can be streamed at: https://livestream.com/accounts/2214788/events/796...

Bullitt Timing was responsible for all the official race timing, live timing data feeds to the in stadium displays, online live site, and data feeds to the video truck, data services for race seeding and start lists, chip transponder timing for live production and lap timing, and just about anything else that comes up during the day that involves a computer, spreadsheet or competitor information.

This was a huge score for us to be able to be the contractor for a supertour as there are only about 4 timing companies in the US that have the capabilities to work with USSA on the supertour circuit.

I'll admit that we way over committed coming into this, and it was a battle to produce the product we wanted, but at the end of the weekend, even though a ton of stuff went wrong internally, I'm happy to put my name on the services we were able to deliver to the event.
