My shitty computer week ended well after Apple gave me a new 2015 model Macbook Pro today to replace my 2011 one. No one in the store had every actually done a CRU (customer replacement unit) before, it it took a while to figure out the paperwork, but it sure made my day to walk out with a new computer!
