Jogged down to the meadows, did one lap of the meadows to warm up and then jogged back afterwards. Did a few calf stretches too.

2x2.2km - times were 9.46 and 10.12
3x1km - times were 4.36, 4.43, 4.42
All with 90 seconds rest inbetween each interval
Finished off with 3x roughly 80m strides
I don't know why the second 2km interval was so much slower, it felt like I was running at the same pace as before.
