Orienteering 21:40 [3]

Did a sprint course around KB that James L planned. Really good course and I managed to practise planning ahead and always knowing the next leg.

Running (Warm Up/Down) 20:00 [2]

Went for a 10 minute jog to warm up before the sprint and cycled home to warm down.

8 AM

Running (Jogging) 48:00 [2]

Went down to the meadows this morning and did two laps, one with Bex, one by myself. Jogged there and back too.

Wednesday Sep 29, 2010 #

Running (Cross-Trainer) 55:00 [2]

Went to the gym and just did 45 minutes on the cross-trainer.

Finished with 10 minutes stretching.

Tuesday Sep 28, 2010 #

Running (Warm up/down) 30:00 [2]

Jogged down to the meadows, did one lap of the meadows to warm up and then jogged back afterwards. Did a few calf stretches too.

6 PM

Intervals 40:00 [4]

Did the same session as last week -
2x2.2km - times were 9.46 and 10.12
3x1km - times were 4.36, 4.43, 4.42
All with 90 seconds rest inbetween each interval

Finished off with 3x roughly 80m strides

I don't know why the second 2km interval was so much slower, it felt like I was running at the same pace as before.

Monday Sep 27, 2010 #

Running (Warm up/down) 28:00 [2]

Did 13 minutes on the bikes beforehand and then the warm up and down that the guy in circuits made us do.

6 PM

Core (Advanced Circuits) 45:00 [4]

Went to the late advanced circuits with Bex.

There were some well hot weight faces being pulled.
