Did the Beamsley Circuit with Ellie K. Didn't cycle too fast though, mainly because it was mega windy and rainy.

Good gossip, catching up on the Ilkley news. Got chatting to an old man while waiting and he told me to visit the Great Wall of China and asked what my husband did for a living. I love being at home :)

Did a few minutes on the bike then did the rest on the crazy machine that is supposed to be like running, but as Jet pointed out, your feet are too wide for it to be like running.

Woke up and literally could not move after doing circuits yesterday, so did some stretching and rolling

Had to do something other than revise and eat so went to Body Circuits.

Good god I am weak.

Did 20 minutes before the session and some afterwards.

The warm up at circuits involved a lot of leg shaking and arm waving and the guy next to me got well into it and almost hit me. He also did his own thing during the session which just seemed to involve massive amounts of pelvic thrusting and some sort of dance with a medicine ball.
Made my day :)
