Intervals hills 36:00 [4]

Went up to Petes this evening but Neil was taking the session instead. It was massivley hard considering Neil took it.
We did 3 x 30 second reps up the bottom of keighley road.
The did intervals all the way to the transmitters - 40 secs, 1.00, 1.20, 1.40, 2.00, 2.20, 2.40.
Then did some intervals back down the hill - 40 seconds, 1.20, 1.40.

Running 30:00 [2]

Jogged up to Darwin Gardens and around the tarn followed by lots of drills and hopping up hill to warm up.
Jogged home from the tunnel bridge to warm down.

Orienteering race 26:49 [4]

Wednesday evening Informal around Golden Acre Park. I didn't take a compass with me as I forget it and didn't really think I would need it. This was a massive mistake. I made two 90 degree errors and was going much slower than usual as I didn't really have much confidence without my compass. Lost the Aire summer league to Florence. Not good.

Intervals 32:00 [4]

Ran back from Burley Woodhead across the moors, up to the trig point in 8 x 2 minute intervals with a 2 minute rest between each one. Was a good variety of up, flat and undulations.

Running 22:00 [3]

Warmed up for about 5 minutes and did some drills before starting and then ran home all the way down the hill from the top of the moors afterwards.

Went for a gossip/run with Cathy G, mainly around Ilkley but we did do a bit on the moor. Was good to catch up on all the crazy stuff thats been happening down Ilks.
