Orienteering 2:47:00 [4]

Blodslittet in Norway. Amazing terrain, not so amazing run. Was one of the worst races I can remember. I was totally not focused at the start and made a massive mistake at number 1 and was so concerned with trying not to loose the pack that I messed up number 2 massivley too. So I ran nearly the whole thing by myself and only really saw people on my first run-through when I was lapped. No joke.
However, mentally started the race again on the second loop and my navigation improved slightly but still wasn't really concentrating properly. Also has some issues with my compass, I kept seeming to have my map disorientated which was a little worrying.

Not a good race, lots to learn though, especially about focus and concentration.

Morning jog around the meadows. Was a teeny bit late but managed to find everyone. Getting sore feet though, possibly from running in trainers all the time.

Running (Time Trial) 18:40 [4]

Went and did the time trial Toni planned. Ran the first loop with Toni but kinda lost where he went and got a little lost... Which is why the time for the first loop is so much longer than the first one.
Times were - 9.37, 9.03

Core 40:00 [2]

Went to the gym and did some strength suff. Was majorly over-run with men pretending to lift massive weights while admiring thier biceps. Not a terribly bad thing though.

Warm up/down 1:45:00 [3]

Long run in the Pentlands with Jet (and Hollie for a bit before she got too fast for me). Did a course that Toni planned which was all in terrain. Probably went a bit too far, as once I got to the furthest place from the minibus, I was knackered.

Intervals, same as the previous 3 weeks. bllergh.
2 x 2km - times were - 9.28, 9.36
3 x 1km - times were - 4.25, 4.17, 4.24

not very consistant but faster than before and towards the last one I was feeling quite tired.

Warm up jog to and around the meadows and warm down back home.

7 AM

Running (Jog) 40:00 [2]

Went down the Meadows for an early morning run. Was v. cold but nice to be up and out.

Cycling to and from the gym and the warm up/down that I did in circuits. I made the mistake of looking in the mirror while doing the boxing thing in the warm up and realised just how stupid I really look pretending to hit somone.

Core (Circuits) 45:00 [2]

Went to advanced circuits but took it slightly easy as I don't wan to get ill again. But was loving training again and my I love circuits with a passion, its awesome.
Mr Muscle was there, AND he actually chose to be in my group!
