Jogged up to the White Wells car park and did some drills before starting.
Jogged back home again afterwards and did 5 x roughly 10 seconds sprints. Raced Hactor down the road to finish and totally beat him (with a handicap...)
Intervals (Hills) 26:00 [5]
Hills with Hector. The session was -
2 x 1.45 minutes (from the carpark to Jack spout, then from Jack Spout to the hill behind White Wells)
3 x 2 minutes (up the grass slope from the bridge to the track)
2 x 1.45 minutes (same as the first 2 intervals)
had a one minute recovery between the 1.45 minute intervals and the jog back down the hill as recovery for the two minute intervals.
