Pyramid session with Hector -
[1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes and back down again] x 2

Slightly sore shins, probably no thanks to wearing heels all yesterday evening...

Jog from Hectors around the seat before intervals and then back once we had finished

Went down to the performance gym with Hector and did some strength and conditioning stuff.
Finished with rolling

Long run in the Pentlands. Took longer to get there and back than it actually did to run due to Toni's map memory.
Good terrain running though, v. tussocky and my heel didn't hurt at all :D

Jogged down to the meadows with Bex & did some drills, ran home again afterwards

2 x 2km - times were - 9.53, 9.54
3 x 1km - times were - 4.24, 4.28, 4.21

recovery reduced to 60 seconds this week.

Really really tired today. Fell asleep in every one of my classes today so missed evening training and slept instead.

Also, slept through my alarm and woke up 2 hours late...
