Did 20 minutes before the session and some afterwards.
The warm up at circuits involved a lot of leg shaking and arm waving and the guy next to me got well into it and almost hit me. He also did his own thing during the session which just seemed to involve massive amounts of pelvic thrusting and some sort of dance with a medicine ball.
