Orienteering 45:00 [3]

Training on Holme fell. Started half way round the long course and did trains with Lauren then set out to do the middle but got too cold just walking so came back

Running 20:00 [3]

Running to the car park at Holme Fell and back afterwards. Knee seems to have held up all weekend, but should probably give it a few days rest now

SEDS training with the squad in the lakes.
Spent the morning in Torver Common and the afternoon in Haverig. Ran for about an hour in total, but walked quite a bit too.
