BUCS Individual. Got caught by Lauren at number 2 which was a bit rubbish as I hadn't made any mistakes. Turns out I'm just super slooooow, especially on the hills.

FWTN course but did it at 5 ish to run in the day light. Was a really good course, I was a bit ifyy in the gorse bushes at the beginning though

Shook things up with a different Wednesday session today! Warm up, half back squats, floor slams, sit ups, trx rows.

Lots of stretching and rolling of my hamstring.

Did the intervals that I would have done yesterday - 1x6 minute, 4x3 minutes with 90 seconds recovery.

Lots of warm up/down too

Set out to do intervals and did a warm up with Bex, but then did some 50m sprints and something twanged in my left leg so just jogged round the meadows for a bit with Cat to try and run it off.
