shoes: Inov8 Mudroc

Bad day out. Just struggled with the rockey paths underfoot, the climb and the horrible shade of purple on the map. Not my best.

Cycling 1:15:00 [3] 13.5 km (5:33 / km) +170m 5:14 / km
shoes: Axis A70 MTB

First real training ride. Started from Greenside Scout Hall, up to emmerentia and round the gardens, down the spruit to Delta, around there a bit and back along the spruit to Scout Hall again.

I never EVER though i would be putting Cycling on my Training log, but here i have. Richard has convinced my to take part in a 25km AR next month, so today was my first real cycle ever. Nothing too hardcore, juts getting used to being on a bike. Rode around Delta. (and a few laps of Richard's Garden)
