MLR. Another 12.5 miles this time easier for the first 2/3rds with a pick up to finish. No pain but a bit tight on the ankle/ outside achilles area towards the end. Raw to touch at the end but that’s been the case now for pretty much every run. Ultrasound and iced and it’s feeling a lot better to touch at the time of writing. Plus no pain during exercises.
