Usual ring road 60 route then cut through town as I was conscious of time turned out I had enough and had to go out and back on each road, sad times hate that road. Nice return to the Raz though. 50 next week.

First session back and it felt pretty horrible. Can't shake the DOMS from the gym and Endcliffe is a dirty place for a tempo session. Went round the monument each lap as well as its good practise for the little embankments you get in XC races.
