Note

Put too much pressure on myself to get back to fitness before BUCS after my illness and therefore wasn't sensible with my training and picked up a bit of patellafemoral pain syndrome like I had before my first JWOC. Really annoying. Now just to put on a steady build, finish the cross season with some team aspirations with AFD and prepare for track with a few road races here and there.
