Conditions weren't too shabby, slippy underfoot a tad and in tights and a thermal but only a little headwind on the far side.
Pace tailed off on the longer reps:
10: 3.10, 3.14, 3.20 min/km
7.5: 3.10, 3.18 min/km
Think I'm just getting used to sessions again and my legs are adapting back to the gym so pretty domsy atm. As I get fitter I should be able to hold this pace pretty consistently. Sneaking a mile in on both 5 min reps though which is good as it shows I'm not actually dieing over the session. Getting fit without someone to drag you round sessions is hardwork!
