Feeling pretty good despite sleeping in the boot of a car for 9 hours and being fuelled by a bit of my friends kebab and a reasonable amount of Buckfast. Great to have Jack running on the inside bit of grass so we could work together on most reps, the lad is moving well excited to see how he’s going to progress!

Off 90s recovery

Big group with Gussyc, Rich Allen, George and Max. Sat in behind Gus and Rich for the whole session. Happy just to be able to stick today knowing how much I’ve put my legs through this week and that they’re a bit fresher than me. Last session with Mick until the summer going to miss him and his training.
