Run with the team. Seem to have effed my foot in yesterday’s session. Pain down the outside of my foot on the L side where I’ve been having achilles problem. Bearable but painful whilst running, pain goes away when I speed up and run more on my forefoot. Shooting pain whilst walking on it and putting weight on it whilst standing. Very concerned about it, hoping it just some muscle problem and not anything more serious. Probs going to cross train for a few days. Had acupuncture on it, hope this helps.

-7 seconds on the ks for altitude, so all pretty naughty 2.51 felt easy in flats, swapped into spikes for the last k and 4s. Could of gone harder on the 4s but th Achilles was tightening and coach didn’t want me to go fully lactic.

My time has got me into the D2 National 5k Indoor Champs in two weeks time. The race is at sea level so buzzing to have an oppprtunity to race tactically for the first time in a place where I can breath! Aim is All-American (Top 8).
