Bit apprehensive going into this thought I’d be doing something easier on the roads but coach thought we should take a risk with the track session as we haven’t got a lot of time until my 10k qualifying attempt.
Whole general ankle and achilles area a bit stiff on the first two reps then it loosened up and I had 0 problems. Reps felt really hard but it was windy and a super low pressure day meaning the altitude was effectively 8300 ft. So overall really happy.
